There is some working ethics that I simply cant stand. In fact I find it rather disgusting.
First of all, when new comers come in is it a must or standard procedure for them to undergo some “bullying session” followed by doubting their capabilities (which in a way demoralize them)? That’s still not the end, comparing the “newbie” to the one before him/her and then criticize all the things that she is so-call not as good as her? This is not jealousy but why should comparison done between a freshman to an experienced worker?

Someone asked me what happened... and because there's things that i cant say, i said "it's been a challenging day for me." it's rather useful to say such things
